The waterproof SPECTRUM design Regular Neck Summer Turnout is made with 600D colourful printed ripstop and features 50g fill which provides a barrier between the inner and the outer lining of the rug to help with condensation issues caused by the humid outside temperature. Cross Surcingles, strong front chest buckles and fleeced wither.
